PRECISION STAMPS

The highest cutting precision with a flush-cut percentage of up to 100%

In order to satisfy our customers' high requirements for quality, parts which have a smooth cut proportion of up to 100% are stamped on the precision cutting presses with the respective precision cutting tools.

As the raw material for this, band steels of different grades with a thickness from 1 mm to 12 mm are used. Through the machining of the precision stamping parts on a soft clearance unit, precision gears (for example)

can be introduced, which make complete use of the high flush-cut percentage.
